I typically prefer 72 hours notice for any regular sized orders, but the further in advance you can place your order, the better, as some days do fill up faster than others! I do accept orders under 72 hours, but they do incur an additional rush fee on top of the price of the cake. Large orders such as 2 tiered cakes, a few dozen cupcakes, etc. require more notice and may not be able to completed in the 72 hour time frame.
Unfortunately I do not offer delivery at this time- the orders are currently pickup only.
The images you see on my cakes are non-edible images printed on backed cardstock (do not eat!). If there’s something you’d rather have done in 3D sculpted fondant, just let me know!
Unfortunately at this time I do not offer these types of cakes, the only dietary restricted cake I offer is gluten free.
I require a 50% deposit to hold the order and the rest at the time of pickup I prefer payment by Venmo or Zelle, but I also accept CashApp, PayPal, ApplePay, and cash.
Absolutely they can, but be sure they know about the 15 minute time frame they have to pickup before a late fee is added.
If you let me know at pickup that something is misspelled, a color isn’t quite where you’d like it, or something is missing, I am happy to make changes for you! However, if there’s a larger design flaw that needs to be rectified, there may be an additional fee for the change.
Carry the cake box from the bottom, never from the sides. The cake comes boxed with care instructions, and it’s very important that these are followed to keep your cake looking its best! Keep the cake on floor of your car while you’re driving (in the footwell is perfect), I never recommend keeping it on someone’s lap or on a seat because things can shift around.
Absolutely NOT! The cake should be kept in the fridge for as long as possible, until about 60-90 mins before eating (on a mildly tempered day) or 30-60 mins (on a warm/hot day) if you’d like to eat the cake at room temperature.
Buttercream melts like ice cream so cake, frosting, and heat do not mix well together- avoid the heat at all costs. If you’ll be serving the cake outdoors, I recommend keeping it in a cooler until just before serving to ensure it will stay in one piece.
I purchase flowers locally and cannot guarantee that the ones you want will be in season and at the shop where I get them. I recommend that if there are specific flowers you'd like used, buy them from your florist!
Unfortunately, no. This is a home bakery and I don't have things pre-made or in a case for viewing. Orders are to be picked up with an appointment only.
