About Us

My name is Aleksandra Kay and I run Kaykery. I have been baking and decorating cakes for as long as I can remember (more seriously for the last 13 years), and I learned everything I know from watching my mother and grandmother make every occasion special and bright with desserts. Baking is wholeheartedly my passion. Whether it’s cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pastries, or anything else, this is what I want to be doing with my life. Two of my absolute favorite things about caking are:

1. I am constantly learning. It is IMPOSSIBLE to know everything about desserts and decoration. Things are always evolving, trends are changing, and techniques get refined. I love learning and this field will always allow for it. 
2. Making people happy :) It’s cheesy, I know. But the look on people’s faces when they pickup an order is priceless every single time! Being able to play a small role in someone’s special occasion, from the smallest dinner dates to the largest weddings, is a dream come true.
